Hi! My name is Brenda, and I've been passionate about genealogy since 2014—at least, that's what my Ancestry account tells me. I can't pinpoint exactly why I started this journey. I'd love to share a touching origin story, but the truth is a bit more nuanced. Perhaps it was the fascinating stories I kept hearing about family members or the names I came across that I couldn't quite place. Maybe it was living in a town where my family roots ran deep through several generations.

What I do know is that as soon as I embarked on this path, I encountered countless questions that were difficult to answer. Eventually, I found myself helping others with their genealogical puzzles too. This experience made me realize that there are so many people who want to explore their family history but don't know where to begin.

I want to use my knowledge to guide others into this incredible field with ease and enjoyment. I want them to feel the thrill of discovering answers and to learn how to cope with the inevitable dead ends. So, I embraced the role of a "Heritage Hunter." My mission is to make genealogy fun and accessible for everyone, helping them uncover their roots and cherish the journey as much as I do.
